Your Impact
Pearce is seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast‑paced and rewarding role for individuals who are responsible, self‑directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and interested in learning and growing in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position; candidates should reside in Goshen, IN.
CoreResponsibilities
- Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
- Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out‑of‑season HVAC equipment.
- Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
- Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
- Operating and maintaining a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
Core Experience- Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (
Required
). - 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
- Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

- Candidates should reside in Goshen, IN.
- Must be available for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs on occasion.
- Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.
- Occasional overnights required – company pays all travel costs and provides per diem.
- Driving to remote work sites as needed.
- Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
- Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
