Elkhart County governmental position vacancy notice. Hiring range: $23.35-$25.93/hour based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years. Benefits offered:

Job summary:
Responsible for providing general maintenance for county buildings and grounds, maintaining proper heating/cooling functions of county buildings, and repairing all plumbing related issues.
Job requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC functions preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license. Ability to operate a variety of hand and/or power tools and equipment. Pre-employment drug test and background check.
