HVAC Technician – NO ON‑CALL – CHOOSE YOUR SHIFT

Up to $50/hour base (bonus plan in addition to base pay) + up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus.

We are a trusted name in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning for over 30 years. Join our team as an HVAC Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems while providing excellent customer service.

Our HVAC Service experts can earn up to $50 or more per hour plus additional bonuses and incentives. Best technicians earn over $100,000 annually and may receive up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Minimum 2 weeks paid time off for all new hires.

• Go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• EPA certification (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard‑working and motivated.
• Preferred: at least four years of HVAC experience.

Full‑time, in‑person position with flexible shift options: multiple shift opportunities, flexible days of the week, 4 to 10 hour shifts.
