Box Truck Driver
at our Goshen, Indiana
location. This is a first-shift position making local and regional deliveries. Hours may vary based on delivery schedule. Occasional Saturdays and overtime.

Employees are eligible for $0.50 increases four times in the first year based on performance – or up to $2 in the first year
. We also pay a$120 bi-weekly perfect attendance incentive for all those who qualify.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with loading trucks at plant locations
- Help customers with unloading, paperwork, counts, and returns
- Keep vehicles in clean condition, and good working order through regular inspections
- Must maintain a clean driving record and valid drivers' license
- Must be willing to work in the warehouse
An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job. They must have a clean driving history. They must be able to understand and follow all company policies and regulations as well as all traffic laws and regulations.
