Job DescriptionDESCRIPTION: Fill in for route drivers who may be unable to drive for morning or afternoon routes.
-Choose which days you wish to work and ability to indicate to work only morning or afternoons, depending on availability.
-This is a great way to work on a schedule that coordinates with the school day.
-Substitutes also have the option to drive for athletic trips and field trips. Preference is given to parents and grandparents who request to drive those trips.
QUALIFICATIONS: Successful completion of 3 day Pre-Service School training, pre-employment drug screen and CDL physical. Abilty to obtain CDL driver's license with public passenger, school bus and air brake endorsements. Complete 12 hours of driving/observation with a current district driver.
