Centric zoekt een ervaren HR Medewerker met focus op AFAS-optimalisatie. Je beheert HR-processen, houdt medewerkersgegevens actueel en implementeert AFAS-wijzigingen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen.
Daarnaast werk je aan in-, door- en uitstroomprocessen, tests van wijzigingen en datakwaliteit, met kansen om je professioneel te ontwikkelen richting AFAS-beheer.
