De Vier Windstreken is per 1 september 2026 op zoek naar een beleidsmedewerker onderwijs en kwaliteit om ons beleidsteam te versterken. Je werkt aan ontwikkeling, implementatie, evaluatie en kwaliteit, en rapporteert aan het college van bestuur.
Je coördineert beleidsplannen, voert audits uit en vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar schoolplannen. Je werkt samen met interne stakeholders en scholen, bewaakt kaders en levert gevraagd en ongevraagd advies.
