Washington Mills in North Grafton, MA is hiring a Manufacturing Production Operator for 1st shift (Mon-Thu 5 am–3 pm) with occasional Friday hours. You will monitor and operate crushing and grading equipment, and prepare shipments of abrasive grain for customers.
The candidate should have a high school diploma, basic computer and math skills, be able to lift 50 pounds, stand up to 10 hours, and work well in a team; forklift experience or willingness to learn is a plus, and Spanish is a bonus.
