Washington Mills is seeking a Crusher Building Operator in North Grafton, MA, to work Monday–Thursday from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM with occasional Fridays. You will monitor and operate crushing and screening equipment, load raw materials, and reduce size to pass the primary screener.
The role requires mechanical aptitude, basic math and English skills, and a safety-first mindset. A 90-day probation period applies with overtime as needed.
