Schedule:

Tuesday–Saturday 12:00pm – 8:30pm

• Provide guidance, direction, and support to Recovery Specialists in the performance of their duties and responsibilities within NERC.
• Interview, hire, evaluate and manage Recovery Specialist staff within the program.
• Receive all Recovery Specialist timesheets and follow up with staff to ensure completeness and accuracy of timesheet information as needed.
• Facilitate the movement of clients around the building and grounds in a safe and orderly fashion.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Human Services field required.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• CADC/LADC preferred.
• Excellent verbal, social, and writing skills.
• Use appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate courses of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
• Be able to express oneself adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
