You will own the end-to-end readiness lifecycle for operational initiatives, partnering with Operations Innovation, Technology, Change Management, and Training to ensure initiatives are designed, prepared, and embedded for success.
You will oversee an extended readiness team, drive standardization of processes, and act as a trusted advisor on readiness risks and dependencies across MWB.
