Job Title: Agricultural Drainage Construction Foreman
Location: Moorhead, MN
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $28 - $34 per hour – 401k, Health, Dental, Vision, and PTO
We are seeking a highly motivated Agricultural Drainage Construction Foreman to join our team at Landmark Companies in Moorhead, MN. This role oversees the construction of agricultural drainage systems to improve productivity and sustainability for our clients’ land.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of skilled workers in the construction of agricultural drainage systems
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction
- Prior experience in agricultural drainage construction
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Knowledge of relevant machinery and equipment
- Valid driver's license – Class A CDL preferred
