DataX Connect is supporting the delivery of major data center developments across North Dakota and is looking for experienced Data Center Superintendents to join multiple projects in North Dakota.

We are looking for strong field construction professionals who can take ownership of site activities, coordinate subcontractors and help drive programme, safety and quality across fast-paced mission critical projects.

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities on site and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the project schedule.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors and field teams
• Driving daily construction activities against the project programme
• Monitoring safety, quality and productivity across the site
• Coordinating CSA, MEP and specialist trade activities
• Identifying potential schedule or construction issues early and driving solutions
• Supporting look-ahead planning and site sequencing
• Working closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers and other project stakeholders
• Managing inspections, punch lists and construction close-out activities
• Maintaining clear communication between field teams, contractors and project leadership

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• Strong data center or mission critical construction experience
• Previous experience as a Superintendent, General Superintendent, Construction Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
• Experience working for a General Contractor or major construction organisation
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trade packages
• Good understanding of CSA and MEP construction
• Strong safety and quality focus
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced construction environment
• Willingness to work full-time on site in North Dakota

Large-scale mission critical or hyperscale data center experience would be particularly attractive.
