University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach on-site at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, in the Natural Sciences program. Specifically, we are seeking faculty for the following course(s):
Elements of Nutrition (NUTR 100).
The course covers the scientific foundations of human nutrition and how foods provide energy and nutrients for healthy living. Teaching adult learners in higher education is preferred; a Master’s degree is required.
