Mac More is looking to fill a part-time position for an Experienced Business Analyst for a pending contract award at the Farm Credit Administration.
Location :
Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, with primary concentration at the FCA headquarters office in McLean, Virginia
Responsibilities :
Business Analyst is a key personnel position and shall perform support activities according to the requirements of the SOW.
- Experience interviewing and managing stakeholders
- Experience in requirements gathering and developing procedures
- Experience detailing workflow design
- Experience in business process mapping
- Experience in change managements
Qualifications: - Minimum 7years of recent experience (education may not be substituted for experience) that includes:
- Minimum 5years of experience as an eDiscovery Business Analyst
- Expert experience leading, administering, configuring, tuning, troubleshooting, and improving eDiscovery program area responsibilities
- Experience leading User Acceptance Testing for eDiscovery tools and platforms
- Experience working with both legal and technical teams
- Experience and working knowledge of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) standards
- Proficient in technical writing and documentation
- Experience with data governance, retention and data systems
- Experience with Microsoft Purview and related Microsoft 365 compliance tools
- Experience with legal hold, preservation, and data collection best practices
- Experience in information security, access control, and auditing practices
