The Purchasing Agent supports Sunrise communities by managing tactical purchasing functions, supplier coordination and order guide administration. This role helps ensure cost-effective, compliant and streamlined procurement across North American operations.
What You’ll Do- Manage assigned vendors, products and services within corporate formularies and order guides
- Coordinate implementation of new supplier agreements into corporate purchasing systems
- Block non-approved products and maintain compliance with purchasing standards
- Support communities and field operations with order guide updates and supplier questions
- Track and process rebates, purchasing incentives and related documentation
- Serve as liaison between Corporate Purchasing, communities, suppliers and operations teams
- Monitor purchasing data to support cost control and contract compliance
- Assist with accounting-related purchasing matters within a complex corporate structure
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of procurement initiatives

Pay Range:64,520.

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
