Full Time
- Overnight RN, starts at $32.50+ based on experience, includes every other weekend and holiday rotation, eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision benefits and additional shift differentials for overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles tailored to residents in the relevant clinical setting.
  • Perform competency and practice within the scope of nursing expertise, utilizing age and population specific standards per care plan.
  • Perform testing to evaluate data reflective of resident’s status and provide the needed care.
  • Recognize problems, recommend solutions, and respond effectively in emergent situations.
  • Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
  • Contribute to the assessment of residents and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
  • Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and diet.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents, health care providers, and the public.
  • Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Counsel residents, family members, and/or advocate on prevention and treatment plans under RN direction.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
  • For IV therapy/management positions: graduate from a Board-approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or complete an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
  • Have attended a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience across the life span (minimum 400 LPN hours at another facility if applicable).
  • Hold an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
  • Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
  • Complete required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training.
