Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with executing operational, sales, and merchandising objectives to deliver Legendary Customer Experience;
Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime;
Lead and train Team Members on policies and procedures; supervise cash handling and loss prevention;
Perform opening/closing procedures, organize daily workflow, and manage merchandising activities;
Ensure safety of birds and proper poultry care; operate forklift and baler; handle deposits and banking tasks
