Advocate Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Assists RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders and ambulation.;
Measures and documents vital signs, I&O, daily weights, and other patient data in EMR.;
Performs purposeful rounding and communicates observations and needs to RN.;
Participates in admission, transfer, and discharge processes and prepares patient rooms.;
Collects urine, stool, and sputum specimens and performs point-of-care testing as indicated; maintains competency.
