PC Support Technician

* Description
* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PC Support Technician to support the annual laptop and desktop refresh initiative. This position is highly end user-facing and requires excellent communication skills.

* Key Responsibilities
* * Execute laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting

* Provide on-site technical support to internal end users

* Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, device assignments, and service activities

* Collaborate with IT team members to quickly resolve technical issues and meet project deadlines

* Follow all IT and hospital policies, procedures, and security standards

* Qualifications
* * Experience in field services, desktop support, or a similar technical support role

* Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with medical professionals

* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

* Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently

* Technical Skills
* * Desktop support and troubleshooting

* Hardware installation and configuration

* Access control and device setup

* Basic networking knowledge

* Security awareness and adherence to data protection best practices

Skills & Qualifications
* * Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting

* Clear verbal and written communication for documentation and user interaction

* Ability to collaborate effectively with IT team members and hospital staff

* Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are highly advantageous

* This is a Contract position based out of Grafton, WI.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
