Assist RN with daily care of patients including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders and ambulation.;
Measures and documents blood pressures, TPRs, I & O, daily weights, and other patient data; documents in EMR.;
Performs purposeful rounding and communicates observations/needs to RN.;
Participates in admission, transfer and discharge processes; prepares room and manages patient belongings.;
Collects urine, stool, and sputum specimens and performs point-of-care testing as indicated.
