Advocate Health Care - Up to $31.20/hour - - Responsibilities:
Assist RN with daily care of patients including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders, and ambulation.;
Measure and document blood pressures, TPRs, I&O, daily weights, and other patient data.;
Document accurately in Electronic Medical Record (EMR).;
Perform purposeful rounding under direction of RN and promptly communicate observations and needs of patients and families.;
Participate in admission, transfer and discharge processes.
