Advocate Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Assist the RN with daily patient care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and ambulation.;
Measure and document vital signs and patient data (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, I&O, daily weights) and record in EMR.;
Perform purposeful rounding and communicate observations/needs to RN.;
Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge processes under supervision of RN.;
Collect urine, stool, and sputum specimens and perform point-of-care testing as indicated; maintain competency.
