Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery for the assigned store zone.;
Ensure store standards, Ops Center compliance, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes meet operational expectations.;
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and delegate daily tasks to maintain productivity.;
Manage scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise to the sales floor; ensure timely stocking.;
Open and close the store as needed and communicate company directives to staff.
