Service Operations Coordinator – Technical Service Center Graham, NC
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Salary: 70, (Direct Hire)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Service Operations Coordinator to support and lead day-to-day operations within our Technical Service Center. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience across our territory. As you grow into the role, you will develop deep expertise in high-purity water systems and become instrumental in supporting business growth while maintaining a strong focus on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
This is a highly visible role that bridges customers, field technicians, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly and effectively.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and coordinate daily operations for the Technical Service Center
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer communication and service coordination
- Manage service scheduling and dispatch support
- Oversee agreement renewals and ongoing customer contract support
- Prepare and process quotes for service projects, parts, and non-parts requests
- Conduct system audits and ensure accurate CRM data integrity
- Manage work orders from initiation through completion
- Act as the key liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal departments
- Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment through strong communication and relationship-building
- Track performance metrics and generate profitability and cost analysis reports for services and projects
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, service coordination, or business operations management
- Proven ability to improve processes, manage workflows, and support team performance
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
