Creative Design & Webstore Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Creative Design & Webstore Coordinator to support product artwork, online stores, website updates, and customer projects. This position will initially begin on a part-time basis during the training period, with the opportunity to take on additional hours and responsibilities as the role develops. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on graphic design experience and be comfortable preparing artwork for printing and product decoration.
Experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe programs, e‑commerce stores, or website maintenance is strongly preferred.
- Review customer artwork and prepare files for printing or product decoration.
- Create and edit vector artwork for imprinting.
- Export artwork into the appropriate file formats for customer review and production.
- Create product virtuals, conceptual layouts, and design mockups.
- Set up new designs in Shop Works and upload approved artwork.
- Create promotional flyers and other materials for email distribution.
- Maintain company webstores, including product images, content updates, and requested changes.
- Set up new online stores as needed.
- Assist with updates and ongoing maintenance for the company website.
- Maintain email distribution lists and assist with email campaigns.
- Enter customer orders and new vendor information into Shop Works.
- Communicate with customers and internal team members regarding artwork, orders, and project requirements.
- Assist with general office and administrative responsibilities as the position grows.
- Complete additional creative and operational projects as assigned.
- Previous experience with graphic design, production art, or preparing artwork for print.
- Experience with CorelDRAW strongly preferred.
- Experience with Adobe programs, including Adobe Acrobat or related design software.
- Ability to create or edit vector artwork.
- Comfortable working with multiple file types and preparing production‑ready artwork.
- Experience maintaining websites, webstores, or e‑commerce content is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn Shop Works.
- Excellent attention to detail and file accuracy.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to balance creative projects with administrative responsibilities.
- Marketing or email campaign experience is a plus.
- Creative and detail oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in a small‑business environment.
- Able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
- Willing to learn different areas of the business and take on additional responsibilities.
