Responds to incoming mail and telephone inquiries including order placement, product availability, shipments, pricing, expediting, invoicing, consignment and special projects.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, fax) both internal and external
- Order entry and schedule changes
- Maintain forecast/schedule for long lead time
- Accurate invoicing
- Shipping/Receiving
- Consignment inventory reconciliation/invoicing
- Follow up on orders with production, shipping, logistics and problem solving
Associate’s Degree preferred. Related experience:
Sales Support, Customer Service, Logistics, Scheduling, Inventory Management.

This position reports to a Sales Supervisor. The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, education and location.
