** We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems.## Qualifications

* **** Education/Training/

Certifications:

** Associate degree / Or Equivalent Experience plus

High School Diploma / GED
** Related Experience**:
Minimum 2 years Technical Experience
** Knowledge/Skills

Experience:

*** Providing guidance and technical support to users of hardware and software.
* Installing or fixing hardware and software as needed.
* Troubleshooting user issues and resolving them promptly.
* Manning the help desk and responding to inquiries.
* Maintaining networks and computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to address IT needs.
* Adapting to changing environments and learning new technologies.
* Following directions and being open to continuous learning.
* Lifting and moving equipment weighing 10-20 lbs as required.
** Travel Requirements:
** Ability to travel locally to company facilities in Graham, Burlington, and Mebane as needed.
