This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Account Representative based in Graham, NC. The Insurance Account Representative will manage client accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and identify insurance solutions to meet clients' needs. Responsibilities include assisting with policy service, sales, client reviews, recognizing cross sell opportunities and maintaining clear communication with customers. The representative will contribute to business growth while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with agency policies.

• Experience in Account Management and the ability to organize and manage multiple client accounts effectively
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales expertise and understanding of insurance products to identify and address client needs effectively
• Ability to follow processes and document client contacts
• Self-motivation and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the insurance industry preferably Independent Insurance Agency experience
• License in Property and Casualty Insurance
