Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering quality care, building high-performing teams, and driving operational success.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven ability to increase occupancy, improve financial performance, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a positive culture throughout the organization.

What You'll Do
  • Provide strong, visible leadership for all aspects of facility operations.
  • Grow census through strategic marketing, relationship-building, and exceptional customer service.
  • Improve the facility's overall financial performance while maintaining high-quality resident care.
  • Ensure continued compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and achieve successful survey outcomes.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing interdisciplinary leadership team.
  • Establish a strong, collaborative partnership with the Director of Nursing to ensure clinical and operational excellence.
  • Create a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement effective solutions that drive measurable results.
Qualifications
  • Current Nursing Home Administrator license (or eligible for licensure in the state).
  • Minimum of 5 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated success growing census and improving occupancy.
  • Proven ability to improve financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
  • History of successful survey outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
