Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder

Responsible for folding customer product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery. Maintain cleanliness of work area and meet or exceed production standards as part of an incentive pay structure.

• Fold garments, linens, and bulk products manually or using garment folding machine.
• Count folded items accurately.
• Bundle and prepare clean, folded products for customer delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Adhere to attendance policy.
• Work safely in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to stand for most of shift and engage in repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, and reaching.
• Capable of pushing carts or bins full of bulk/linen product to stations.
• Ability to work safely in proximity to others for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of effort.
• Good‑natured, cooperative attitude and respectful interpersonal skills.
