Production Associate - Utility IV - Cleanroom - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The role involves performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging material and garments for loading, and other level‑four or below tasks as needed. The work area and responsibilities may change daily to fill in for other employees’ vacations and absences.

Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed the standard for quantity and quality of work.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be willing to handle materials that may be soiled or have pungent odors, using appropriate protective equipment.

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of the shift.

• Displays a high level of effort and commitment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Is pleasant and courteous to others, demonstrating good‑natured cooperation.
