Southern Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Alamance County Detention Center.

What You'll DoAs a member of our healthcare team, you will:
- Provide direct patient care, nursing assessments, and medication administration
- Respond to patient concerns and urgent medical needs
- Monitor chronic conditions and support ongoing treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
- Collaborate with providers, nursing teammates, and correctional staff to deliver quality patient care
- Help maintain a safe, secure, and patient focused healthcare environment
- Follow established clinical policies, procedures, and nursing standards

QualificationsRequired Active North Carolina LPN license Current CPR certification Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to prioritize and manage patient care effectively Preferred Previous correctional, emergency, long term care, or medical surgical nursing experience
