Full Time | 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Rotating Schedule Including Every Other Weekend

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Alamance County Detention Center. • Provide direct patient care, nursing assessments, and medication administration
• Respond to patient concerns and urgent medical needs
• Monitor chronic conditions and support ongoing treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
• Collaborate with providers, nursing teammates, and correctional staff to deliver quality patient care
• Help maintain a safe, secure, and patient focused healthcare environment
• Follow established clinical policies, procedures, and nursing standards

• Consistent 12 hour day shift schedule
• Earn additional pay with our weekend shift differential

Required

• Active North Carolina LPN license
• Current CPR certification
  
  Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage patient care effectively

Preferred

• Previous correctional, emergency, long term care, or medical surgical nursing experience
