Aramark - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, condensing units, and air handling equipment;
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems;
Monitor Building Automations Systems (BAS) to ensure proper system performance;
Respond to service calls and resolve HVAC issues quickly and safely;
Check, clean, and replace filters; maintain ducts, ventilation systems, and mechanical components
