The Lead Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring prompt customer service to all maintenance repair requests and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move‑ins through direct supervision. You will ensure that the property meets all Cohen‑Esrey standards for safety and appearance, keep track of inventory, partner with management on priorities and budget, and provide HVAC expertise.

• 2+ years Maintenance Supervisor Experience
• 3+ years of Maintenance Experience including light plumbing and electrical
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after‑hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, including personal smartphone technology

• Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience
• HVAC Certified, EPA

$23–$25 per hour (final agreed‑upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience).
