Additional benefits may include retirement savings plans like 401(k) and paid days off such as parental leave and disability coverage. Benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
  • Monitor and adjust Building Automation Systems (BAS) to ensure proper system performance
  • Respond to service calls and resolve HVAC issues quickly and safely
  • Check, clean, and replace filters; maintain ducts, ventilation systems, and mechanical components

  • EPA Universal Certification (required)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and safety practices
  • Experience working with large systems such as chillers, cooling towers, or similar equipment
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Availability for Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule with occasional on-call or overtime
  • Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in mechanical rooms or outdoor conditions
  • Preferred: HVAC certification or technical training credentials
  • Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or HVAC controls
