JMK Developers in Graham, NC is seeking a Grading Foreman to lead the grading crew on heavy civil projects. You will plan daily activities, supervise equipment including excavators, dozers, and off-road trucks, and ensure work progresses on time and safely.
You will prepare daily reports, coordinate utilities work when needed, and use GPS tools to maintain accuracy. A minimum of 3 years’ experience, OSHA 30 certification, and a strong safety mindset are required or highly preferred.
