Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. Loader/Unloader duties include driving company trucks to designated areas for unloading soiled products, loading clean uniforms, floor mats, and additional customer products onto trucks based on route assignments. They must maintain the cleanliness of the work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.
Key Responsibilities- Drive company trucks to designated unloading areas.
- Unload soiled products and load clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer items.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards for loading/unloading.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Adherence to attendance policy.
- Willingness to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
- Comfortable with hot or cold temperatures and exposure to elements.
- Ability to handle soiled products with appropriate protective equipment.
- Standing for most of the shift.
- Stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching.
- Lifting or moving materials for most of the shift.
