Royal Lawn is looking for hardworking, outdoor-loving individuals to join our professional landscaping team. Based in Grain Valley and serving the greater Kansas City area , we take pride in keeping our community’s residential and commercial properties looking their absolute best.

Why Join Royal Lawn?Three-Day Weekends: Our standard schedule is Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
. Work hard for four days and enjoy your Fridays off!Competitive Pay: Starting at $17–$20/hour (depending on your experience).
Local Impact: Help beautify the KC metro area every single day.
Precision Mowing: Operate commercial mowers, edgers, and weed eaters to maintain high-end curb appeal.
Property Maintenance: Perform general landscape labor, including debris cleanup and site detailing.
Equipment Care: Use and maintain landscaping tools safely and efficiently.
Teamwork: Follow the crew leader’s instructions and stay on track with the daily job schedule to ensure every property is finished to “Royal” standards.
Logistics: Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and materials at the shop and job sites.
Reliability: You are punctual, dependable, and ready to work when the sun comes up.
Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable lifting, bending, and performing manual labor in various Missouri weather conditions.
Positive Attitude: You work well with others and take pride in your work.
Experience: Prior landscaping or mowing experience is a big plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great work ethic!
Driver :
Must have a valid Driver’s license & be willing to drive company trucks.
