We are hiring a full-time Office Assistant to support daily office operations for two growing home service companies specializing in lawn care and sprinkler/irrigation services. This role supports scheduling, customer communication, data entry, and administrative coordination.

This is a fast-paced service office environment with high seasonal call volume. The right candidate is organized, dependable, customer-friendly, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and texts
  • Schedule and reschedule service appointments
  • Enter and update customer records in CRM
  • Create and update work orders
  • Support daily crew scheduling coordination
  • Send service confirmations and reminders
  • Assist with estimates and invoice processing
  • Track callbacks and follow-up items
  • Route customer messages to appropriate team members
  • Maintain organized digital records
  • Support general office administrative tasks
  • Assist Office Manager with daily workflow needs
Qualifications
  • 1+ year office, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Friendly and professional customer interaction style
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Able to learn new software systems
  • Organized and dependable
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong follow-through on assigned tasks

  • Service industry office experience
  • Scheduling or dispatch support experience
