Overview

Lawn Doctor of Spokane is seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Office Assistant / Dispatch & Route Scheduler with strong phone, computer, CRM, and scheduling skills to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. This role is essential in providing administrative, sales, and dispatch support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient service delivery.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone/email/text with professionalism and efficiency
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts, schedule services, and track interactions
  • Dispatch lawn care technicians and create efficient daily service routes
  • Adjust schedules due to weather, service changes, or customer requests and communicate updates clearly
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Sales Team, ensuring seamless operations
  • Assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing office tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to improve scheduling efficiency, processes, and overall customer experience
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong phone and communication skills. Must be able to engage with customers and resolve issues effectively
  • Proficiency in computer applications including CRM systems, Word, Excel, and scheduling tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage changing schedules
  • Reliable transportation and a good attendance record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Dispatch, scheduling, or service-industry experience is a plus (but not required)
