Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients entering the branch;
Greet clients, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing and maintenance while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and collaborating with team members to achieve financial goals
