Health Trust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Granbury, Texas.

- FLOATING TO OTHER MS UNITS NO
- 48 hour RTO- MUST REQUEST IN SUB PACKET
- RTO BLACKOUT - NOT ALL OF SPRING BREAK - MAX 3 DAYS
- REQUIREMENTS: RN LIC BLS (AHA OR ARC) ACLS (AHA OR ARC)
- 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED MUST HAVE MS EXPERIENCE
- ** Titers must be in hand at time of submission
- 40 BEDS Patient Ratio: 6:1
- SCRUB COLOR - Royal Blue
- EMR - MEDHOST
- TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED
- MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS
- TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
