Health Mark Rehabilitation is seeking PRN Speech Therapists/CCC-SLPs to treat residents at Harbor Lakes facility in Granbury, TX. The role supports therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care.
Therapists will develop and implement plans of care, document progress, and ensure timely billing and compliant documentation. Texas licensure is required; background checks will be completed, and prior geriatric rehab experience is preferred.
