Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) on a PRN basis to join our in-house rehab team. The PTA will support residents’ mobility and quality of life under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
The role requires an active Texas PTA license and SNF or long-term care experience is preferred. Net Health EHR experience is a plus; strong communication and teamwork are essential.
