Granbury Care Center in Texas is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team on a PRN basis. You will support residents' mobility, strength, and overall quality of life under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
This role requires an active Texas PTA license, good standing with regulatory boards, and familiarity with Net Health. SNF or long-term care experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills highlighted.
