Creative Solutions In Health Care is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house team on a PRN basis. You will administer prescribed PT treatments and provide services under a PTA’s supervision to improve residents’ mobility and quality of life.
The role emphasizes person-centered care, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Texas PTA license and SNF experience are preferred;
Net Health experience is a plus.
