Role Overview :

As a Caregiver at Bright Star Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, patient, and experienced one-on-one care to clients in the Granbury area. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each client. Whether you work on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you care for.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift.

Provide toileting and personal care assistance.

Support activities of daily living (ADLs).

Offer companionship and emotional support.

Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition.

Maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.

Experience with Hoyer lift operations.

Experience caring for clients with dementia or cognitive impairment is highly preferred.

Strong patience and de-escalation skills.

Comfortable providing total care and assisting with mobility.

Bonus If You:

Have special training or certifications related to caregiving or dementia care.

Are bilingual.

Possess additional experience in physical or occupational therapy support.

Employment Type

& Availability:

This is a Part-Time position which may include flexible scheduling. Availability for Monday through Sunday is appreciated.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Richardson, Texas, with services provided in the Granbury area.
