7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with MEDHOST is preferred.
• 12 months of acute care experience.

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
  Health Trust Program
  - Community Health Systems (CHS) and no current placement allowed at Program:
  Health Trust Program
  - Community Health Systems (CHS).

In addition to meeting the unit experience requirements, your work experience needs to reflect at least 12 months (1 year) of uninterrupted experience working in the same unit/specialty you’re applying to.

Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit. If multiple shifts are posted, only apply to your preferred shift. Requested time off must be submitted with the initial submission. Holiday RTO blackout; max 3 days.
